Foundation Provides $250,000 in Funding for New Anesthesia Ventilators to Improve the OR Experience for Patients and Providers

Tim Horton's Smile Cookie Campaign Supports Children's Mental Health in North Grenville
Kemptville District Hospital Foundation Board Chair, Margret Norenberg, and KDH Foundation Executive Director Joanne Mavis, were thrilled to accept a cheque for $12,163 from Kemptville Tim Hortons owners Ingrid Kohling and Jose Salvador. The money, raised at the two Kemptville Tim Hortons locations during September’s #smilecookie campaign, will be used to support Children’s Mental Health Programs in North Grenville.

At the last meeting of the Foundation on April 5th, the Board approved $475,000 in funding to KDH to purchase much needed equipment, including $200,000 for the first down payment on the new CT scanner

Estate of Mr. Richard H. Sylvester
The KDH Foundation was honoured to receive a very generous bequest from the Estate of Mr. Richard H. Sylvester in the amount of $307,929.93, who passed away in 2018. His partner Diane Keenan of 43 years (pictured below, third from left) and her family were invited to KDH for the unveiling of a plaque that was installed in Richard's memory.…
